Happy fall days everyone! Because the chill weather is approaching fast, and so, I'm trying my best make as many projects as I can before moving to my new Christmas Ideas like every year. The Caron One Pound yarn was challenging to me, I took a tour of every project done using it on Pinterest, and came to a decision to knit a shawl using a simple pattern. Its bright color helped making a bold final appearance. I hope you enjoy knitting this shawl as much as I did!

How difficult would it be to knit this in colorful stripes? Also, do you have a how-to video on beginning the shawl? I'm having difficulty understanding it.

DeleteHi cleanone
DeleteI don't think working in colorful yarn or even colored yarns would be difficult if you know how to knit multi colored stripes.

These are links to a very useful method to start this shawl, which is, by the way, called Garter Tab.
Have a nice knitting day
Thank you for the references.
DeleteHello, love this pattern very grateful to have found it,Yet I have a question? On the last row of the pattern it says to k14 ,*P,k9,rep*to last 2 sts before center st, what do with these 2 sts. Thank you in advance still love the pattern just confused about those 2 sts.
ReplyDeleteHi! thank you for your nice words, I will check and be back soon. Have a nice day.
DeleteK14 sts, *p 1, k 9, repeat from * to last 2 sts before center st, k 14, repeat from * to last 5 sts, k 5.
DeleteLast row just correcting on the comment section, oh thank you so much appreciate it. I am Dee .
Hi Dee, I've checked the last row and as a matter of fact it is correct, because when I mentioned (to last 2 sts before center st, k 14) these 14 sts include the center st, it is the last row that doesn't follow the general pattern. Thank you again because I've found a mistake somewhere else in the general pattern and it is corrected. have a perfect spring day!
DeleteThank so much again
