With main color yarn and circular knitting needles US 7 (4.5 mm), cast on 88 (108) sts. Join in the round. Don't know how to join in the round? here is a short tutorial on how to do it (from 0:26 - 1:15 min):
Put a ring stitch marker at the beginning of rounds, work as follows:
Rib round: k 2, p 2, repeat to end.
Repeat the rib round six (eight) more times. Knit one round while changing to circular knitting needles size US 8 (5 mm) and increase 2 sts for Size M/L. [88 (110) sts]
Bind on the other color yarn for each model you've chosen and work the chart. Cut off the added yarn. Knit until work measures 6.5" (7.5") [17 (19) cm]
Decreasing Rounds:
Round 1: k 9, ssk, repeat to end. [80 (100) sts]
Rounds 2,4,6: k to end.
Round 3: k 8, ssk, repeat to end. [72 (90) sts]
Round 5: k 7, ssk, repeat to end. [64 (80) sts]
Round 7: k 6, ssk, repeat to end. [56 (70) sts]

Round 10: k 3, ssk, repeat to end. [32 (40) sts]
Round 11: ssk to end. [16 (20) sts]
