Reef Waves Shawlette

Hi everyone! Most of the time, I buy yarn on a whim, without a prior plan for what I’m gonna do with it. The color or texture would excite me at first so I purchase it, then, when I sit down browsing online to see what I can make out of it, I get into this endless loop of trial and error, which is really tiring most of the time. And this is exactly what happened with the yarn I used for this shawlette. I impulsively bought a bag of five skeins, only to find out later how hard it is to work this kind of yarn into a pattern. But isn’t this a nice challenge that makes knitting more exciting and worthwhile? And so, after draining half of my mental powers, the five skeins became the Crimson krill shawl and this shawlette. I think they both look very pretty, are incredibly easy to make, and leave you with this soft and cozy feeling on your skin when worn during these spring days and nights. I hope you give knitting it a try and have a lovely time doing it. Stay safe and healthy!
