With beige yarn and US 6 (4 mm) circular knitting needles, cast on 128 (128, 144) sts. Join in the round. Don't know how to join in the round? here is a short tutorial on how to do it (from 0:26 - 1:15 min):

Put a ring stitch marker at the beginning of rounds, work as follows:

Rib round: (k 1, p 1) twice, (k 3, p 1, k 1, p 1) twice, repeat to end.

Repeat the rib round 10 (1214) more times.

Eyelet round: (k 1, p 1) twice, (yo, s2s1ktog, yo, p 1, k 1, p 1) twice, repeat to end.

Repeat the rib round 5 (67) times.

Change to US 8 (5 mm) knitting needles while knitting next round.

First Increase Round: knit all the sts increasing 52 (6476) sts evenly spaced [180 (192, 220) sts]. Purl 10 (1214) rounds, then knit one round.

Second Increase Round: knit all the sts increasing 54 (6476) sts evenly spaced [234 (256, 296) sts]. Purl 10 (1214) rounds, then knit one round.

Third Increase Round: knit all the sts increasing 54 (6476) sts evenly spaced [288 (320, 372) sts]. Purl 10 (1214) rounds.

Dividing round:

From the ring stitch marker, knit 41 (4554) sts for half back, place the next 62 (7078) sts on a piece of yarn for the sleeve. Cast on (1012) sts for the underarm, knit 82 (90108) sts for the front and place the next 62 (7078) sts on a piece of yarn for the second sleeve. Cast on (1012) sts for the underarm. Knit the last 41 (4554) sts for second half back. Now the body total sts are 180 (200240) stsBody and sleeves are finished separately.

Body:

Knit one round, then purl two rounds.

General pattern:

Round 1: p 4, k2tog, yo, k 1, yo, ssk, p 1, repeat to end.

Rounds 2, 4, 6: k the k sts and p the p sts.

Round 3: p 4, yo, ssk, k 1, k2tog, yo, p 1, repeat to end.

Round 5: p 3, yo, ssk, k 3, k2tog, yo, repeat to end.

Round 7: p 5, (turn strand to back, slip next three sts, bring strand to front, put the three sts back to left needle) twice, p 2, repeat to end.

Round 8: p to end.

Before working the next round, move the ring stm one stitch backward.

Round 9: k2tog, yo, k 1, yo, ssk, p 5, repeat to end.

Rounds 10, 12, 14: k the k sts and p the p sts.

Round 11: yo, ssk, k 1, k2tog, yo, p 5, repeat to end.

Before working the next round, move the ring stitch marker one stitch backward.

Round 13: yo, ssk, k 3, k2tog, yo, p 3, repeat to end.

Round 15: p 2, (turn strand to back, slip next three sts, bring strand to front, put the three sts back to left needle) twice, p 5, repeat to end.

Round 16: p to end. Before starting the pattern from the beginning, move the ring stm back to its first position.

Repeat the general pattern three (fourfive) more times. Knit one round, then purl one round. Bind off all sts using a stretchy method. Weave in loose ends.

Sleeves:

Slip the 62 (7078) sts into US 8 (5 mm) 16" (40 cm) knitting needles. Join beige yarn and knit them, then pick up one st out of each of the body underarm (1012) sts [70 (8090) sts]Put a ring stm in the middle of the picked up sts to start knitting the sleeve. Purl two rounds.

Work the general pattern four (fivefive) more times, don't work the last round of the last repetition.

Change to crimson yarn and repeat the general pattern once, then work the 1-8 rounds once only. Knit one round, then purl one round. Bind off all sts using a stretchy method. Work the other sleeve in the same way. Weave in loose ends.

The neck band rope:

Cut two strands of yarn, each measuring 80" (90"90") [200 (225250) cm] approximately, twist the strands tightly together in the same direction, then fold them in half, allowing them to coil naturally into a rope-like cord. For added thickness, you can braid the strands instead. Leave extra length at both ends to create the fringe, securing the twists with knots if needed. Thread the finished rope through the eyelets of the neck ribbed band, using a tapestry needle or safety pin for easier insertion. Adjust and trim the fringe as desired, 50" (56"62") [125 (140155) cm] approximately.

Lastly, feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions or find something confusing in the pattern.
