Leaf Assortment Hat

Hello again! this the third part of my 'Leaf Assortment' crochet collection. I had two thirds of a skein left from making the scarf, so I said to myself "why not make a matching hat or something?" and ended up making a hat and head band. The hat is made by joining three simple to make parts; the head band, one round of the leaf assortment pattern, and a few simple rounds to finish off the top. Have fun making it, and I hope you get to crochet the whole set. Stay safe and healthy!

Leaf Assortment Head Band

Hello fellow crocheters! I had some yarn left after finishing my Leaf Assortment scarf, which I posted last week, so I made two matching head wear using the same leafy pattern. In this post you'll find the instructions for making the head band. The band can be crocheted in different color combos depending on what part of skein you have left, because it only requires about 80 meters (90 yards) of thread. You are, of course, free to make it as a stand alone piece, or even make it with a sold color yarn, though i think a multi-colored yarn can really make the leafy shapes stand out. So grab your hook and start working! you will be done in less than one hour.

Leaf Assortment Scarf

Hello friends! As per usual, I bought this lovely yarn without a previous plan of what I would be doing with it, I just really loved the color combo, and I like challenging myself this way. So after a session of brain storming and researching I decided that a leafy pattern is the most suitable. All you need to focus on regarding this pattern is how to make the longer types of crochet stitches. Once you get the hang of that, you just keep on repeating the same two rows over and over. I think this color combo is lovely for this project, but you can absolutely choose any other color pallet you fancy and make a different leaf assortment.
I hope you all like it! Stay safe and Healthy.
