Granny Square Wreath

This is my second contribution for this year's Christmas season. It is a granny square prototype that can be used by itself as a coaster (with the plastic ring), or you can crochet many (without the plastic ring) and assemble to make a doily, a blanket, or any other Christmas themed home decoration. It is a little bit different than the wreath ornament I've made in the previous post, though they have the same concept. I hope you like it. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Christmas Wreath Ornament

Hello friends! Though Christmas ornaments are not really my main specialty, I like to come up with something new each year. Last Christmas' project did not go so well and I ended up tossing all the materials away. This year, I loved what I did; an elegant wreath ornament, so I decided to share it with you all. Also, I am going to share a granny square design I've made using the same concept, so stay tuned. Merry Christmas and Happy holidays!

Red Mood Beret

From time to time when I'm done with big projects, I tend to grab a skein -that I've bought and forgotten about- and make a hat of any kind.
This time it's a red beret. My daughter is very fond of it, so we decided to make her the model. It's easy, fun, and takes no time to make. Have fun crocheting it for the holidays.

Sunflower Swirls Shawl

Important notice: This written pattern has been reviewed and updated on September 17th, 2021. Tutorial images and video have also been added.

Happy fall days everyone! Because the chill weather is approaching fast, and so, I'm trying my best make as many projects as I can before moving to my new Christmas Ideas like every year. The Caron One Pound yarn was challenging to me, I took a tour of every project done using it on Pinterest, and came to a decision to knit a shawl using a simple pattern. Its bright color helped making a bold final appearance. I hope you enjoy knitting this shawl as much as I did!
